Our Youth Division is focused on empowering young people to build their confidence, communicate effectively and to map a tangible future career for themselves.
Our programme UNLIMITED POTENTIAL! or UP!is delivered through a combination of keynote speeches, workshops and coaching to youth and those who work with young people.
Our team work with teenagers aged 14-19 on structured programmes which prepare them for the world of work. We work in partnership with teachers, parents, youth advocates and businesses in developing measurable programmes that not only empower the students but also give those who are working with the students an insight into their decision making processes and thinking.
We also partner with other youth focused organisations lending our expertise and consultancy to similarly focused programmes.
LIFT UP!
Confidence is a cornerstone for success. Through the LIFT UP! programme teenagers are empowered with tools to determine their self esteem, find out what motivates them and apply them to their future decision making.
SPEAK UP!
Presentation skills sets up young people with the confidence to not just tell their story but tell it effectively. SPEAK UP! is about giving teenagers the best tools for public speaking and interview skills.
TEAM UP!
Teamwork is an essential component of future work. TEAM UP! is a programme of educational and entertaining enterprise workshops aimed at teaching students risk taking, strength analysis and problem solving through teamwork.
